ZJD2800/180C Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig for Large Diameter and Hard Rock of Cast-in-place Pile or Bored Pile
RCD Machine is a large bored equipment of soil foundation works for bridges, high-rise and metro construction. the vertical excavation work by means of the full hydraulic power swivel with rotary bits.
Drill string with special drill bit is used for drilling in the borehole, and the sand-stone and mud are flushed out through the drill pipe rods by the pressure difference in the hole.
ZJD series RCD rig is specifically used for foundation drilling of large diameter of bored pile(1.0-5.0m). This equipment is used for drilling a borehole through soft and hard rock layers for foundation construction.
ZJD2800/180C full hydraulic drilling rig can be clamped in the pile
